We provide consultation on your specific goals and what's previously worked and has not worked, as well as look at motivators, habits & behaviours, and the barriers that can prevent success and conduct an initial fitness test.

We believe building new good habits and achieving your first-stage goals takes a minimum of three months. The way we structure our services are as follows

  • We work on a minimum of 3months of program blocks​ to ensure we work through stages of preparation, action, maintenance and any relapses.

  • Special "AT38" Hoody upon completing and achievement of your 3month goals.

Hybrid Training - Remote Via APP

A program custom build for the person who has an endurance goal and created from experience of blood sweat and tears. Get 10 years of learning from Keith in a 3 month plan.

​

We focus on building strength and conditioning sessions combined with endurance work in running (or walking or jogging), cycling and swimming. Or all three if you are doing triathlons!

​

We build the base and then sharpen you.

​

Start at the beginning of complete body health transformation and begin the AT38 strength conditioning and endurance programme to build the ultimate peak of fitness to complete an endurance challenge whether a PB at an distance and discipline whether a 5km, a marathon, ironman, ultra marathon.

​

Book a Virtual 1-1 PT Sessions

Live instructed sessions for the home - no equipment required as we can focus a quality workout with body weight.

 

Designed for all abilities and will be specific for your fitness level. We structure the workout to always provide a progression level for the beginner, intermediate or advanced.

We will work through Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, compounding muscles and getting the heart rate going!

- Cardio, Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps, Core, Lower & Upper Abs, Obliques, Lats, Legs, Quads, Calfs

Body Composition

We will conduct a full scan to gain insights in composition and key health data as well as a mobility, flexibility, posture analysis.

​

Segmental body composition allows the smallest changes in body composition to be identified, mapped, and monitored over time.

​

Body Scan uses multi-frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition ultra-precisely by distinguishing each body part independently including trunk, arms, and legs to reveal more about localised fat findings, and efficiently spot possible muscle imbalances.

​

Metrics delivered include fat and muscle mass in each distinct part of the body.

​

Segmental body composition

  • Monitors weight (kg, lb, st lb), BMI, whole body composition plus fat and muscle mass for each body part independently

Heart health

  • Indication of your cardiovascular health via Pulse Wave Velocity, Vascular Age and standing heart rate.

Withings ECG Monitor

  • The 6-Lead Electrocardiogram (ECG) can detect AFib, the most common cardiac rhythm disturbance; a heart arrhythmia that can cause stroke and heart failure.
