If you are an individual looking for 1:1 coaching for health and fitness transformations: we provide premium personal coaching that builds highly personalised fitness, toning and health transformation plans - our speciality is hybrid training that combines strength conditioning and athletic endurance.

If you are an organisation looking at employee's health and mindset shifts: we focus on your high potential people at first within an organisation to trigger a bigger cultural movement of changes to healthy habits, energy, culture and higher performance.

If you are a Charity looking for Fundraiser coaching and training support: We have first-hand experience in what it means to be build up and get body and mind ready to a major event, as well as what it takes to fundraise successfully for events.

 

We only build custom programmes as we believe every individual and company deserve to be treated special. As individuals and organisations, we are wired differently with different needs and connections to drive change. ​

We started working with Keith to build a talent health plan at Human Race. It was to support our team with a 16-20 week programme to build habits to build a healthier body and mind. The focus was a mixture of fitness programmes, career mentoring and inspiring company talks. We have seen a positive impact on our team's energy levels, focus and overall culture.

KEITH'S WHY

My name is Keith, and I love to help people to feel healthy and fit and have the energy and confidence to live their best lives. My passion is to help you get motivated and build habits around healthy quality exercise and eating that transform your body composition, fitness and overall health - creating a healthier, stronger and happier you.

 

When I was young, I lost loved ones close to me, so my mantra became to live for the moment and embrace every day with active motion and positivity. To feel both fulfilled and motivated for new challenges that bring progress. Health and fitness are essential components of feeling alive and being the best of yourself.

 

Fitness-wise, I've always been into extreme endurance events and took on a few personal challenges, such as the Alp Duez mountain bike race starting at the top of a glacier, completing ultra-marathons and taking on over 10x Ironman triathlons. In 2022 I was so proud to represent Great Britain for my age group in middle distance triathlon whilst also achieving "All World Athlete" status.

 

It wasn't always this way; between 33 and 37 years old, I lost my way and gained significant weight by eating bad food, not doing any exercise and putting my corporate career above everything else. Little did I know that to be the best leader, you must look after your overall health first so you can look after others.

 

I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, which includes nutrition. I also am a level 2 Triathlon Coach, where I can set sessions for triathletes and other coaches.

Previous to AT Thirtyeight, I was involved with technology that connected people with experiences and products they love whilst making a positive impact to help others. Technologies included building my own consumer eCommerce business in early 2000 and leading a division of ACTIVE, one of the world's largest sports registration platforms. I had also helped positively impact charities when I was MD of JustGiving, the UK's largest and leading fundraising platform.

I am fanatical about helping people, communities, and organisations to create the best opportunities for themselves and others.

 

My mindset is that right now and the future is always the most exciting.
